Housing That Works for Plymouth: Three Years of Action and the Road Ahead
Plymouth has made steady progress expanding and preserving affordable and workforce housing, from new mixed‑income developments to programs that keep existing homes attainable. The city is also focusing on future needs, including affordable homeownership, senior housing transitions, and bringing more NOAH units to market.
